Description:In our field, there is a perception among many health professionals that “googling” is the only e- resource needed to retrieve information. However, those with limited searching expertise will have mixed results. This program will feature ways to save time and enhance user skills to ensure best results. Providing Google instruction recognizes the relevance of a tool our patrons are already using, and is a springboard to introduce the larger body of services and resources that we are able to provide. This ability and platform provides us with credibility as information and ultimately “knowledge leaders” at our institutions.
